This took the worry out of my tax preparation!

I definitely recommend TurboTax to my friends and family. My taxes may not be complicated as compared to some others but to me, it's a big chore. I rely on Turbo's guidance.
What's great about it: Turbo does the math and guarantees its correct..
What's not so great: Can't think of any

you insist on filing electronically --I want to print and mail in return---impossible ---no more turbo tax---making me crazy

Very easy and complete. Great review process. Easy to file.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use prompts. Completely covers all options. Excellent IMPORT app for investments.

Very Comprehensive Application - Wonderfully Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. It just keeps getting better. I can't see why anyone would use a tax service to do their taxes. Maybe if you were a multimillionaire with lots of investments and tax write-offs, where you would probably want to hire a CPA, you would be hard pressed not to be able to submit your taves to both the IRS and any states you do business in. Great product. Highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Walks you through the entire process with help if needed
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I think there are too many repetitive personal verifications & credit card info?
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: My Deductions did not affect/reduce my obligation
