I really enjoy using TurboTax to do my tax return. Overall it's a great product. However....entering expenses...TurboTax should provide user with heads-up if multiple categories will be used (i.e. medical expenses). If user will be required to breakdown their expenses TT should let them know that ahead of time.
Required Forms that need to be submitted even though user e-filed...please include the instruction page. Form 8453 did not include one.
What's great about it: Another tax return completed thanks to TurboTax
What's not so great: Entering expenses...TurboTax should provide user with heads-up if multiple categories will be used (i.e. medical)

Turbo Tax Saves Me Money

I use Turbo Tax every year. One year I thought I could get a better return by filing with a tax service. Turbo Tax saved me more than the tax service! Turbo Tax is great!
What's great about it: Shows you every deduction and credit your entitled to
What's not so great: Forms are continually being updated

So easy!

For the price, TurboTax is a very good product. I would recommend it to anyone. The program is easy to navigate and very helpful.
What's great about it: Quick and easy. The audit meter at the end is very comforting.
What's not so great: At one point, I got in a software loop and I could not proceed.

Long time TurboTax User

I'm a fairly experienced computer user and have not any any problems with TurboTax in the many years that I've used it. The Intuit Auto download would hang and I'd have to use Task Manager to delete the process. I ran the troubleshooter and the only thing I can see that might be a problem is that it doesn't recognize that I am the administrator on the system. I called support and they were helpful to a point...but the only way to resolve and get me going was to do manual downloads of Federal and State software.
What's great about it: Great step through process
What's not so great: Auto download doesn't work with Windows 10

I have been a turbo-tax user for many years( 10+) I use to get a little frustrated navigating the program --but no more--you have done a nice job in making ir more user friendly especially for the non-nerds !!

2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe - Review

Overall this is an excellent program. The only difficulties I had came about with the comments associated during the final review relative to Foreign Tax/FORM 1116. Also I question the correctness of presenting Financial Investment Costs/fees, but I followed the software (correct or not).
What's great about it: As a long-time user I am very comfortable using Turbo Tax Deluxe
What's not so great: Only minor gliches

Having been using TurboTax Software for over 20 years, and every year it seems to improve. Have recommended to my relatives and friends, who take the time to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow. Documentation and forms available to look at and they have explanations.
