Quick and Easy!

Always reliable and simple to understand! Turbo Tax user since 2011.
What's great about it: Break down everything step-by-step, explaining the details of your return along the way
What's not so great: A lot of technical features; I used the software to file this year rather than logging into my online account

Simple & Thorough

Turbo Tax is very easy to use, it walks you through step by step and covers all possible scenarios. It also asks questions that make you think about possible deductions that you may not have been aware of previously.
What's great about it: Easy to use; walks you through step by step; makes deductions extremely simple

First timer with Turbo Tax

I've done my taxes manually for years but always thought I might be missing something. Using Turbo Tax I have a fair amount of certainty that I didn't miss anything. However when using the program I was unsure where in the form/forms I was. It was a very disconcerting feeling.
What's great about it: e-filing was easy
What's not so great: Confusing. It doesn't walk you through the Tax forms like I was expecting it to
