OK but not great

I've used TT for at least 20 years, but in some years it could be better. Does not handle royalties from oil mineral interest very well at all. And the help for this is no help and some of the answers on TT web site from other users are misleading. After reading many other places on the web I was able to get TT to do what was necessary or at least I hope it is right...
What's great about it: Seems a bit more streamlined than in the past.
What's not so great: Help is not much help.

Great.... once update worked

I had to search online for how to force, or manually, update turbo tax. Found a tool on your website. Wish I didn't have to go through that struggle. Oh well, once it was all updated, took me practically no time.
What's great about it: Fantastic and easy to use
What's not so great: update didn't work till manually forced....
