Only tax software I use

After using other big-named companies to prepare my taxes and asking the right questions, I began to fee confident in doing my own.
I started with Turbo Tax 9 years ago and haven't had any troubles and have not used anything else :)
What's great about it: Easy to use and simple instructions
What's not so great: None...

Still my go to program

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now. This year, several of the questions seemed quite vague and difficult to answer. Granted, this years return involved disability retirement which was something I never had to deal with in the past. I've never had to answer these specific types of questions in the past. I wasn't the only one complaining as the same questions I had, were on the company's web site. Turbo Tax will continue to be my go to program. I suspect my issues we be dealt with by next years tax season.
What's great about it: "holds my hand" and walks me through!
What's not so great: Some of the questions were too vague.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would like to know why i had to pay for a processing fee on my daughters return, but didn't have to on my return or my other daughters?

I have been using TurboTax for about 15 years and never had any problems.
What's great about it: love the questions
What's not so great: a little confusing when efiling only Fed not State

The windows ten flip

The links to help didn't work and every time something updated the software flipped to the main windows tile screen and I had to alt tab back to the open turbo tax software.
What's great about it: always quick and easy to follow
What's not so great: links not working
