easy, easy, easy.

easy to use. this product walks you through step by step so you don't miss a thing. all paperwork is done by turbo tax. it is great. just answer the questions, pay, print, file, and wam bam done!

Very easy with TurboTax

Started using TurboTax way back when, and have kept on using it. Will continue to do so in the years ahead. TurboTax covers every circumstance and explains everything very concisely. Keep up the great product and work!

a few flaws

In general filing this year was easy. I had trouble entering business expenses associated with a 1099-misc. Also when I selected contributions to things like wildlife at the end of my AZ taxes, I had trouble backing them out.
What's great about it: easy to follow interview

I had problems with down loading new corrections from Turbo Tax. The down load appeared to work, but Turbo tax failed when installing the updates. Error numbers were given - then the update program hung. Had to abort the program to get out of the problem. Later I could run the down load again - this time it would work!!!!!
2. Small irritation - when transmitting the return - Turbo Tax stopped to has the name, addresses to be placed into 1099 forms - seems this could have been found in normal checking!

Mostly good

If you file the state tax by mail, Turbo Tax just ends and leaves you hanging with no steps to take you all the way. I would like someone to contact me on this issue.

First time in years that my state return got rejected after following all the Turbo Tax instructions to the letter. I am still waiting to see if the small change I made results in approval.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: my state return got rejected even after it was checked by Turbo Tax

Taxes The Easy Way

I have been using Turbotax for the last 20 years and once again found it tone very straight forward and uncomplicated to use.
If I had a concern or question, the answer was available by phone or on-line help section.

Certainly beats the heck out of using a CPA who just takes your info and plugs it into a similar program or trying to do it yourself by hand.
What's great about it: Intuitive, Straightforward, Thorough and Uncomplicated
What's not so great: only confusion pertained to the new 1095-c form but was able to fine answer in the "help" section
