You need to update the Health sections
What's great about it: The input was laid out pretty well. The learn more button was very usefull

So easy to file

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2000 and it is the easiest program and each year it keeps getting better. Would recommend this to everyone for it's ease of use.

Finally Refunded

I am glad to use Turbo Tax, because of all research, detailed help boxes, and updates. I was glad to finally get a good return this year. I just hope I read everything right and that the gov does not come back at me. Thank you Turbo Tax, also, for not taking a huge financial bite out of me when I can least afford it. I also learn from you. Like taking a tax class in my own home. Thank you.
What's great about it: Thanks for all research and updates.
What's not so great: main updates, Turbo Tax experiencing difficulties.No fault.

Another Great Return

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and was very pleased with the program again this year. I am confident that all data I entered was handled and reported properly, so I could focus on getting my documents collected and entered correctly. The electronic entry from financial institutions is getting faster and more accurate every year. My only concern is that occasionally there is a clarification question that I struggle to ask in such a way that I get to the answer I need. The overall experience is just great!
What's great about it: easy to use, thorough, fast
What's not so great: must be able to ask the "right question" to get effective help quickly

Ok for a Basic Return (Deluxe)

I have w-2s, interest & dividends, retirement distributions, a few investment sales, a K-1. One entry was wrong and I had to go to the form to change it even though I changed it on the step-by-step. I like having the access to the forms, but changing something on the step-by-step, should have fixed it. Also went into the wrong K-1 type, made no entries and it took me a lot of effort and searching on the help center to figure out how to remove it from the schedule E and to keep the review from saying I had 3 errors, even when I tried overriding the figures on Schedule E to blank out the entries. I did find out how, but why couldn't the step- by-step give us a choice to delete a K-1. I believe in simplicity and I am not sure that someone who did not have income tax preparation experience could find what they needed in the forms section.
All that being said, I will be back next year.

What's not so great: Make a mistake you need to correct? Can be hard to find out how.

TAX FILING MADE EASY

I was pleased with the overall experience since I started using TurboTax several years ago. It's pretty self-explanatory and the e-filing experience is marvelous.
What's great about it: I like the ease of preparing federal and state taxes following by e-filing
What's not so great: Couldn't import last year's data
