Experience with TurboTax

I have used TT for 10 years or more and found it to be user friendly. They keep up with the regulations set forth by the IRS. Help is as close as your phone and I have used them with good results. Thank you for being there.
What's great about it: Just plug in the numbers and follow the instrucxtions
What's not so great: Knowing the terminology is almost required

Ease of use!!!

i was impressed with the ease that i could imput the information and the details of each segment for calculations.
What's great about it: Ease of use of the program
What's not so great: could not figure out how to make a copy of the confirmation sent page

Thought I received one state file with my purchase

First off - I thought when I purchased this it was for a number of federal and one state return. YET when I actually filed I had to pay for both the state entries - I could NEVER find a place to override this.
When I had entered something in the incorrect place I received a message that in my state I could not e-file. BUT I had to search for the entry. It would have been nice to say something like 'the entry you made on this tab is the problem' It would have saved a lot of searching.
What's great about it: nice to be able to save updates
What's not so great: when there was an error on filing status it should point you to the incorrect line

I like using this tool and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use and not confusing at all.
What's not so great: It would be nice to have an icon at the top to be able to save your work and get out of Turbo tax at any time.
