Excellent Customer Service

I had forgotten to save my return and when it was rejected, I could not go back in and fix the return Called Turbo Tax and they refunded me the cost of my program!! Awesome company! Not to mention the ease of using their software. But, don't forget to save, like I did :)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Don't forget to SAVE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Very good product. Reasonably priced. Save yourself the money of paying someone else to do your taxes. Turbo Tax is just as good as an accountant!
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate

Easy, quick, fast....have used TT for over 10 years now
What's great about it: Liked the FIND feature for getting explanations
What's not so great: Healthcare Info form could have been explained better

It was really easy to file. Everything was not confusing and I like how it has the explain button. That really helps and helped me through the process. Very satisfied with my refund, just wished I could of got a little more.
What's great about it: easy filing and always ensures a good refund
