Simplify we're all not that educated

I've used Turbo tax for years, but I am a simple uneducated person, so some of the questions are hard for me to determine exactly what it is. A little more simplified would help us little people understand the questions and more people would be probably use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance
What's not so great: Not enough help on each
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Only complaint is that the review portion found a few areas where I still needed to enter data. Would be helpful to ID these things along the way instead.

Some confusion, but then I recieved good help

I believe that TurboTax needs to go through the online version with a panel of people picked randomly. By doing that confusing questions could be found and corrected.
What's great about it: I received good help over the phone from TurboTax
What's not so great: Some questions in TurboTax were confusing
