So Much Better

No problems doing, printing or filing. In past there was some glitch every year that, in some cases, took phone call.
What's great about it: Went so much more smoothly than ever before
What's not so great: Would like a better explanation of difference between standard and long form decuctions.

In Turbo Time

My wife and I had used Turbo Tax from Intuit many times in the past, but this was the first time I had used it solo. I had browsed through it in the past, but using it by myself, I realized just how user friendly it really is. I'm confident I'll never file any other way. Please keep making a great product.
Sold for life.
What's great about it: Allows views in both the traditional form view as well as the first time filer step by step view.
What's not so great: The step by step view can be a little vague at times.

Convenient and Easy

Overall a positive experience and improvements with state tax filing now being able to e-file (had to print out and mail in my AZ state income taxes last year!). Was a little frustrated when the review of tax forms kept finding an errant entry that was a zero, and it took me a few times to figure out to leave the field completely blank in order for the form to process completely without error. I will be buying TurboTax next year!
What's great about it: Ease of Use, quick feedback throughout process
What's not so great: Hard to identify parts of tax forms that need review/information
