Never Had a Problem with Turbo Tax

There is always a solution to whatever tax issue I have. Help screens worked well for me this time. One thing about Turbo Tax that I love is that it seems to get easier to use every year.
What's great about it: Love being guided through everything. I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Great tax preparation application.
What's not so great: It seemed a little difficult to find my back to the State tax refund screen to adjust how much to get as a refund.

Made doing taxes a breeze!

Been using TurboTax for years and every year, it gets easier and easier to use. Great program!
What's great about it: Easy to follow - especially good with the new healthcare law requirements
What's not so great: there should be a free efile for the state return with the deluxe version
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

TurboTax is an excellent tax software. It is extremely easy to use. It is a step by step process, that walks you through each section. If you have any questions, there are tools to help you get those questions answered. This is the only tax software that I will use.
What's great about it: Great Product

Gets a fail for an amended return

There are errors concerned mythical over-rides between the amended 1040 and form 1116. Linking a 1116 and a 1040 was strange and atypically user hostile. There is no obvious explanation as to why the amount owed is so large. It took a while to see that the amount owed includes the refund we were do on our original filing.
What's great about it: There is a facility for an amended return
What's not so great: The facility for an amended return is buggy

Oregon tax credits

On the first go-through, I couldn't identify the place to enter the credit for the Oregon cultural trust. I search in the search field, but it didn't come up. It would have been helpful if the search tool directed me to the correct location.
