Turbo tax changed my start windows, not very happy, but did manage to finish. no problems previously.
What's great about it: accurate

Don't do it alone!

Each year as I approach tax time I am not happy. I must gather all of my information and force myself to sit down at the computer.
However, after I open TurboTax my apprehensions disappear! It is so nice to have this program on my side so when I file. I feel like I did it properly. I also feel I am getting it done much cheaper than if I took it to a tax preparation office.

What's great about it: You can't overlook anything!
What's not so great: It still requires you to think.

We all have questions, doing this, It will be great if us ( the users) had access to a live person from Turbo Tax, at least so we can ask through VIA CHAT...so we get these right.
What's great about it: IT SAVES THE LITTLE REFUND I MAY GET
What's not so great: * SOMETIMES IT GETS COMPLICATED TO UNDERSTAND

Pretty simple - but still 5 hours

I needed to completely re-do the 'home office' part. Took me a while to figure out how to delete what I had entered.
What's great about it: Questions are clear and well explained
What's not so great: Not as easy to re-do something as I would like

This is an easy program to understand and I like the care it takes when asking all the question.
I have used Turbo Tax for about 5 years now. I'll probably use it next year too.
