Taxes done easily

Turbo Tax always makes my taxes simple, after I get my information together. This year, I had problems with the Intuit updater within Turbo Tax. A lady named Kelly at Turbo Tax helped me resolve that problem quickly and I was able to transmit my returns afterward.

Only way to do your taxes yourself

I could never do my taxes completely and get the refunds I get if I tried to do my taxes without Turbo Tax. I'm just not a financial type and I love the fact that Turbo Tax covers all the different deduction options. The only other option is to hire an accountant, but for my relatively simple situation, Turbo Tax makes the most sense.
What's great about it: Thorough, clear, good help, takes care of horrific tax code details
What's not so great: State interviews are a little light on the help.

Easy Tax Filing

TurboTax walked me through every step of the tax filing process and all possible deductions. It was as easy as entering in the numbers from the boxes on my forms.

Review 2015 TurboTax

Updating using Windows 10 does not work. Required call to Technical Assistance. Had to disable services in msconfig before updater would work.
Ultimately, everything worked.
What's great about it: Easy to use as usual
What's not so great: You have a serious problem with your updater this year.
