Easy except sign in

Very easy and simple for regular taxpayers without complicated deductions. If you forget your sign in it can be a pain, but actually fast service over the phone.
What's great about it: Great when they can use last year's information
What's not so great: Must use same method each year - online vs download and must be on same computer if downloaded version

works efficiently and easily. however, the number of updates week after week makes one wonder if filing early elevates the risk of a filing error.
What's great about it: easy entry of data and import from prior year

Easy experience (as usual)

The interview process is getting smoother. Because some 1099s come in late for me, I start with cherry-picking items (like W-2) that I can enter and add the others as I receive them. I then walk through the interview and can see (a) what I've entered previously and (b) what was imported from last year.
Two concerns. On the drop down selector for state, the mouse wheel scrolls the original page and not the drop down list. Also, if tax exempt interest has bonds that have an amortized bond premium, the ABP is allocated in proportion to the income in the given states and I should be told that is what is being done. I hand-edited the adjustment values.
What's great about it: The interview process is getting smoother than previous years
What's not so great: Some computations are done under the covers!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
