My 2015 Return

Getting the corect entry on importing Bank information took some time to decipher method of bank identification . Would select bank and enter in block provided. Would press return and page that came up was Acorn bank. Finally left cursor on list at correct selection and then next page did come up on selection needed.
unable to get 5 year history page. Only first year of 2015 data would appear.
What's great about it: Most entries were easy to do.
What's not so great: A few entries were not correct to follow web pages. 5 Year comparison page does not work. only see current year

Turbo Tax worked perfectly. I was glad it included all of the necessary forms this year. I had a K-1 for the first time and everything worked even better than I expected. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to complete their own taxes.
What's great about it: Handled everything I expected, including my K-1

never got an answer to my question that was submitted.never found out what is meant by adjusted Detroit income is ,or how it affects my return
What's great about it: most of the refund process was not complicated
What's not so great: needed easier way to get information:
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes life easier!

I've used TurboTax for years and wouldn't do my taxes any other way. You can choose to walk through the forms through a questionnaire or go to the section yourself. It's easy to use and catches all your mistakes. What could be better!
What's great about it: Thorough, easy, painless
What's not so great: None!

Easy to use

Was a bit confusing when accessing W-2s. Stated would go through each W2. But when click Next for first W-2, it went to next W2 page. Clicked Back button, and realized I had to click Edit button to proceed with first W-2. Overall, pretty easy to use, but users still need to understand tax concepts.

unclear the processing fee

The software says no fee for E file, but then a processing fee is charged.
