Always With TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and it NEVER disappoints me in the ease of use, ability to get answers quickly and providing support online or via phone.

Could be Better

Had problems with Turbo tax suddenly quitting and on top of that it seems each year it gets less user friendly
What's great about it: Asks questions
What's not so great: Used it with a MAC- had problems with that

I have been doing my own taxes for years. Have used turbo tax for all the years it's been available. I feel confident when I go through each step that my return is correct.

Program updates itself automatically.
Running calculation of owed/refund is nice.
Fails to file New York electronically for unexplained reason, despite warning of required electronic filing.
What's great about it: Coverage of all topics step-by-step.
What's not so great: Need to allocate taxes etc. between two states without display of the itemized numbers.

The BEST is TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for years - I have used other software but came back to TurboTax really fast (in the same year in fact). The only one I will use and for ease of use and accuracy - THIS IS the ONE - Keep up the great Product.
What's great about it: very easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Lots of the questions that do noe apply can be confusing
