WOW...HOW EASY WAS THAT!

Have been paying to have our taxes done every year and if I wanted quality to get them done came with a VERY nice price tag as well. Decided this year to go with Turbo Tax to see if we could get things done for less and considering our situation was straight forward it should be easy. Always heard it was easy to get through but WOW...I was amazed at how easy it was. We had several forms that were not common but just a quick search put everything we needed in our return with everything accounted for. The best part being we saved a ton not having to pay several hundred dollars and we even got a better return this year compared to last which was AWESOME! long story short, happy we gave Turbo Tax a shot!
What's great about it: Efficient, very easy to get though, questions easily answered, MAXIMIZED REFUND!
What's not so great: NONE

Have used TurboTax for years. It seems like it's becoming more cumbersome or less user-friendly with each year. Forms in the tree aren't organized in an obvious manner.
What's great about it: import option from previous year's return
What's not so great: did not return to previous form, i.e,. Sch C back to 1040

My taxes were again easy to enter and file for the tenth year I have been using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: 1. Easy to use. 2. Good customer support by online and phone. 3. Safe and accurate.
What's not so great: 1. None.

It might be nice if we were able to collapse sections, or have the "next section" to be entered appear to the top. Or perhaps a button at the top to go to next section. The scrolling, while not horrendous is a bit aggravating.
What's great about it: quick and easy to use and enter information
What's not so great: navigation from income or deductible list

Turbo Tax

I will always use Turbo Tax even though I can get my taxes free being in the military. I like the process and all the spot on questions to guide me to a successful Tax Return.
What's great about it: Always easy and on Point
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We love this product. We have been a customer since it began. It is easy to use and understand, and if you have questions, you can always look things up. I will continue to use this product for years to come!! THANKS FOR CREATING A PROGRAM THAT IS SO EASY TO USE
