I love using TurboTax! So quick and easy, makes me wonder why I paid so much in previous years to have someone else do my taxes! I am always recommending TurboTax to everyone I talk "tax" with! I have used TurboTax for 3-4 years now and it just keeps getting easier every year! So hard to come up with something I don't like about using TurboTax. Thanks TurboTax for making tax time bearable!

Income Tax Returns e-filiing thru TurboTax

I accomplished what I intended to do. I completed my 2015 Income Tax Returns. Million thanks to you, TurboTax.
What's great about it: Educational & able to go through it..federal & state.
What's not so great: Nothing I didn't like. As for me i learned a lot going thru it.

Great Tax Software

I was able to finish my tax return in 2 hours, very easy to use, step by step on all forms. Recommend for everyone to use.

Good product but...

I like the familiar layout. Disappointed by the filing process. I e-filed the fed and printed the state. I had to go through the filing section many times before being able to finish. Had to look up instructions on how to print a return to mail because it was not obvious. Printing could be made easier. TurboTax should make it easier to print double sided as well. If I print double sided with the forms TurboTax presents I get 2 different forms back to back. That is prohibited. I ended up printing single sided and it took 32 pages.
What's great about it: Familiar layout.
What's not so great: Printing return could be easier.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Opening Software

Take too Long to open the software. The Updater frozen while trying to update. Forced to manually update from Turbo Tax update via web site.

the software is easy to use and makes filing quicker when using year after year by importing previous years info.
Still don't understand why there's a cost to e-file your state return when this is the most cost effective method of filing your taxes.
