"Interview system" is great. However, when you go back to the beginning to check everything, in some areas you have to reenter answers or figures. This is a bother at times. Otherwise, a very great tax program.

Simple, Fast, and Easy

I really liked using TurboTax. I have never filed my own taxes before and I was rather nervous. The TurboTax Deluxe software made it really easy and fast to file my return.
There were step-by-step walkthroughs of what information needs to be filled out and where it can be found on my W-2. If I needed more information about a field it gave me real world examples of what would go there. It also showed me a lot of write offs and credits I could get, some of which I wasn't aware of before(i.e. getting credit for the purchasing college textbooks).
The only issue I had is that I could not pay for my state filing online for some reason. I had to call the support line and pay by phone. This was frustrating, but simple to do.
Overall TurboTax Deluxe is a great set of software. It was quick and easy to fill out and file my federal and state returns. It provided clear instructions and lots of information. And I feel like I really got the biggest refund that I could.

Turbotax Really Delivered

Turbotax guided us through the complicated forms and automatically found the right choices for us. Clear concise explanations on what you qualified for in terms of deductions and why.
What's great about it: Streamlined, easy to follow

Turbo tax is great. We shouldn't need it, but since we do it makes tax time that much easier.
What's great about it: Auto fills in all the appropriate boxes
What's not so great: Some Popups did not Pop Up
