Pretty Seamless Operation

I used TurboTax for my daughter's federal and state tax preparation. While she doesn't have a lot of deductions to capture, the TurboTax program seemed to ask all the necessary questions to uncover any relevant deductions.
What's great about it: The step-by-step questions and protocol were easy to understand.
What's not so great: None so far. However, I would like to see how TurboTax can handle more complicated income/expense scenarios.

I enjoy using this program and the peace of mind knowing that the IRS is getting all the necessary forms.
What's great about it: The business expenses are a valuable tool.
What's not so great: I owed this year :(

Best tax software for busy chics

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years, it is very user friendly, and quickly gets you through the process of completing your taxes. I always recommend Turbo Tax, and I always will, it's just that simple!
What's great about it: Simple and quick

Easy as 1, 2, Refund!!

Having used TurboTax for many, many years, I always have a great experience and know that my taxes will be done right. The It's Deductible software is fantastic and one of the best things about Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, East to file.
What's not so great: None that I've found.

My first time using Turbo Tax, and it was not too difficult. I think will do it again next year...
What's great about it: Do it at your own pace.
What's not so great: I'm not a professional, and I just wonder, and hope that I got the refund I am due.

Excellent easy to use & understand

Overall an excellent program and easy to use. We wish the download of the state was prompted when we started the return, as a result we didn't track the state refund till it downloaded.
What's not so great: State download should have been prompted earlier.

Terrific! Easy to use. Fast and accurate. Tax Audit is great deal, and contributes a significant amount of security in case there is ever a question or audit.
