Seemed Glitchy

Wasn't as good as last year's was more glitchy and difficult to work through

ALL IN ALL TURBO TAX IS GREAT!
What's great about it: VERY EASY AND AVOIDS ME WAITING AT A PLACE AND PAYING A HIGH FEE.
What's not so great: ONLY ALLOWS 5 E-FILES. i HAVE A BIG FAMILY

My Reliable Tax Preparation Tool

Used your software for years. It is very thorough and is easy to understand and use. I like the tips and comparisons it does to help me pay the least taxes.
What's great about it: Easy To Use and to install.
What's not so great: Windows XP is not supported.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is very simple to use. A person has to only answer the questions asked and TurboTax does the rest for you!

Several times we stated we wanted our returns mailed by check to our address, but it would not accept that. It would only go to direct deposit.
