Satisfactory performance with two defects.

1. Program DID transfer all W2 state income taxes paid by myself and my wife (filing jointly) to Schedule A for accurate itemized deductions. However, program DID NOT successfully transfer state income taxes paid by ME to our joint state (NC) return.
2. I followed the step by step instructions to include farm rental income. However, I made an entry error in one place, such that the farm rental income was counted twice. I was able to override my entry error, and remove the double counting error. However, the program asserts to me that my removal and override of the double counting error is an "error" on my tax return, and also, warns me not to e-file with overridden values.
THESE PROBLEMS ARE SOFTWARE PROGRAMING ISSUES YOU NEED TO ADDRESS NEXT YEAR.

What's great about it: I was able to fix the problems that the program generated with the program's override function.
What's not so great: The override function I had to use prevented me from efiling safely, so that I could not use the free efile offer.

Good but wish the State forms were Free

I've always used Turbo Tax and like how quick and efficient it is, unfortunately, for the last two years I've had to pay extra for my State Tax filing forms and to file the forms. Not great for me since I'm on a very tight budget.
Will be looking at other means for next year if I have to buy the state forms again in 2016.

Overall this is a very good product.

While doing my 2015 taxes I noticed the 1099 Misc income field was not working correctly. It put me in a do loop and did not add the income to the summary sheet. This problem should not have existed it the product was properly tested. Reporting income is critical to computing taxes. This should be a No Brainer for Turbo Tax folks. The problem was resolved but not to my satisfaction.
What's great about it: This product guides you through your taxes, nice job.
What's not so great: Contacting Turbo Tax for immediate support is impossible.
