What a positive experience!

For a first-time user, I was worried about this whole process. But I quickly discovered I had no need to be! The step-by-step questions guided me through, the online help was perfect, and I especially liked how the program helped me calculate the value of donations I had given. I cannot recommend this software highly enough!
What's great about it: Having never used Turbo Tax before, I was worried. No need to be! It guided me through step-by-step!
What's not so great: Cannot honestly think of anything.

Had to pay again !!!

I tried finishing my taxes early but some questions I had about Insurance and Supplement insurance were answered differently a couple of times. I never did get the right answer or find a form .
What's great about it: Gives you a choice of help or no help.
What's not so great: I don't like questions about state taxes when we don't pay state taxes.

2015 Tax Return

The set up and use of the program was very easy. Importing last years tax data was a snap. One very nice feature is the ability to log into your financial institution to collect tax relevant data. Step by step option was a nice choice, if needed. This is my 8-9 year using Turbo Tax and my feeling is that the program is more polished and easier to use and understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Help could be better

Needs to have an example of what Locality means. On the W2 form Line 20 Locality is blank on my form. but i had to put something. I googled it and it wanted the city in which i was filing in. Other than that..pretty simple to use
What's great about it: Faster and cheaper and pretty much easier
What's not so great: Line 20 "Locality"

I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for twenty years. It is easy to use and all you do is answer the questions and it does the rest. We use it with confidence which means a lot to us.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Electronic filing is getting higher every year.
