Your programs acts like there is no such thing as non employee compensation. This is money that comes from a not profit Christian organization that is trying to give me a tax break. Instead you seem to only consider it as a business for me and it is more of a HOBBY! Even if I had no gift all year I would do my jail ministry totally without any money being paid to me! IT IS A GIFT!!! Come on!

Was great, walked me through every step and helped us get our maximum refund this year. Explained the different credits and deductions. Process just seemed longer than it has in the past.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything
What's not so great: seemed more lengthy than last year

TurboTax was extremely helpful. I have a lot of medical expenses and they walked me through all of it. From doctor visits, hospital visits, pharmacy expanses and even mileage to from my appointments.
What's great about it: It walked me through every little thing and got me the best refund possible.
What's not so great: Not an issue with TurboTax but with the 1099-MISC form in general. Those are so confusing and annoying.

I have been using TurboTax since I retired from being a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper.
I find I can not itemize, am a widow (single) and have no problem using TurboTax.

Cannot say enough good things about this software. it is quick, user-friendly, accurate, and works as expected.
What's great about it: TurboTax has always exceeded my expectations.
What's not so great: Sometimes creates errors to be fixed upon review by not prompting to pay attention to some choices in Easy -Step.
