Easy

Used to take hours and days to do my taxes and gave me a headache every time. Now I just put in all the information and let Turbo Tax do the calculation. Done in two hours even as slow as I am.
What's great about it: Easy. Makes the normally painful process much easier by just feeding information and letting the program calculate it .

Easy & Quick to Use

The program is designed to walk you through each step and it makes sure you don't forget anything. It makes you feel confident that you're filing a complete and accurate return.
What's great about it: The program walks you through every step with easy to understand questions and examples.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to use

I have used this software to file my taxes for many years. It is very clear and concise on what qualifies as a deduction. I plan to use this software to file 2016 taxes, too.
What's great about it: Very detailed explanations on topics
What's not so great: Difficult to determine where work expenses can be entered

I've used turbotax for years and never had a problem with it. It's simple and easy to use. I've look at other tax product, but found them wanting.

didn't like the fact program cost the same but giving me less

What's not so great: Program seems to give you less, last year I was able to file my state taxes on the same program for e-file fee

Turbo Tax did not shine this year

I had to change my tax filing status this year to married, filing separately, and it was a chore to figure out if I really did it correct. Turbo Tax normally provides a lot of help to figure out if you are filling everything out correct.y, but it had very little information on this. I had to Google problems and read a lot of IRS documents to figure out the way to split our income and expenses.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't explain my new tax filing status well
