The Best in the Business

TurboTax has improved every year and you can rely on the new tax information has been incorporated and your income tax forms are mistake free.
What's great about it: I have been filing my income tax using Turbo Tax since 2005, it ensures a mistake proof filing.
What's not so great: None

Really Like This Software

What's great about it: Really like the step by step process. This helps ensure you don't miss out on any tax updates.
What's not so great: I think Turbo Tax made a mistake, but it wasn't easy to figure out how to check that out.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Peace of Mind

Great program. I use it with confidence. The process is surprisingly quick. The returns are checked for errors by Turbo Tax and e-filed. I have great peace of mind knowing that my taxes are done.
What's great about it: Brings up all necessary info from previous year and eliminates tedious data entry. Walks you through everything.

What's not so great: Turbo Tax diac not recognized on old computer so had to load on newer laptop and re-enter all info

i guess i'm just confused by the process, and there seems to be no way to verify that what i have punched in is being done correctly.
What's not so great: could not get back to looking at forms before finishing.
