Got a refund, thank God...

What's great about it: it covered everything which included highlighted boxes for further explanation.
What's not so great: it took awhile to do , making sure you covered all questions carefully.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got the job done

As usual the software worked well and got the job done. All you have to do is answer the questions and the program does the hard work of filling in the forms and making the calculations.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: The pages for paying for state e-file were so small, why did the pages get small?

This is the 3rd year I've used Turbo Tax. I've been pleased each year with the ease of preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to collect and enter the information needed
What's not so great: A little confusing at the end. I think I created 3 or maybe 4 pdf copies of the return.

Tax Time Blues

Simple and easy to fill out tax forms using simple everyday english. Moves last years data into this years forms. Best version yet.
What's great about it: Easy to install. Downloads W2 and 1099 data
What's not so great: State isn't free like the federal.

For years I've paid someone to prepare my taxes. What a waste of money. I tried Turbo Tax 7 years ago and have been doing my own taxes ever since! The tax preparer asks the exact same questions!
I can now SAVE that money and put it elsewhere! Thank you Turbo Tax for being user friendly and Maximizing my refund!!!!
What's great about it: EASY as 1, 2, 3
