Always works Great!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and appreciate that it is a consistent product which remains easy to use. I have never had any issues with the IRS since using the product. Turbo Tax remains an affordable quality product.
What's great about it: Consistent from year to year
What's not so great: Could not find the explanation for a box that needed data on a form

Overall, an excellent product and tool to do your taxes at your pace and terms. The disk supporting feature is extremely helpful when unsure of the requested input. We have used it for years and we will certainly used again.
What's great about it: Very healpful in guiding the user to include all supporting documentation.
What's not so great: Some areas, such as depreciation, are skipped and have to be manually injected in the form section.

TLDR: I'm satisfied with TurboTax. I bought it last year, and I was happy enough to use it this year. I like the interface, it's user-friendly but not condescending. I didn't take advantage of the Audit help, but it's nice to know it's available.
I said last year that I didn't like how hard it was to relate any one part of the program to the actual taxes--I'm used to doing my own by hand, of course. It's now possible to peek behind TurboTax, but not easy; it could still be improved. The other problem I ran into is that I made a couple of errors. The smart review function flagged them, which is what I bought the program for, of course! But there wasn't enough context. Instead, I had to go back through my mileage, my last year's 1040, etc. to correct the problem. More hints as to what's gone wrong, or a hyperlink to the original line, would have saved me a few minutes of grief on an otherwise flawless program.
What's great about it: Tremendously easy to use, very user-friendly, audit help nice offer
What's not so great: Difficult to relate to actual 1040, review function could be improved

When I imported from ItsDeductible it entered some items in duplicate. Only 2-3 so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

Best way to do your taxes. Period.

Great software. Been using for almost 20 years. Never had an issue or an audit!
What's great about it: Easy, reliable, convenient. Accurate and never been had an issue.
What's not so great: It's expensive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
