Used It For 10+ years

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years and have never had complaints that I can remember. makes doing it yourself go much better.
What's great about it: It has always been easy to use.
What's not so great: Don't really have any.

Had trouble. I couldn't find the online chat help, so I called and she was able to fix my problem and improve my refund. She also had great customer service.

I like the way the program takes me step by step through my return. I feel it seemed much easier this year than last. Thank you Turbo Tax!

When and how to print is confusing.
What's great about it: It may be part of my learning curve, but input was easier this year.
What's not so great: The checkout process was cumbersome, but I guess it is necessary.

My husband used to do our taxes. He went blind suddenly and I have had to start doing them for us. I absolutely could not do it without this software!
