Excellant software.

Step-by-step process is very clear and makes sure you haven't forgotten or overlooked any details. I have been using TurboTax for >10 years without problem. I am extremely confident of the results, especially as my situation has become more complex, making it impossible to do on my own with paper forms as I used to do many years ago as a student.
What's great about it: Clear questions to answer. Clarifying description only a click away.

quick and easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years and find that it is easy and quick. I know early in the year what data I must keep to that I can quickly gather it and file my taxes in about one hour.
What's great about it: It offers choice of set by step or entering data myself
What's not so great: no options for ID at e-file Passport No and/or driver Lic would be nice

It was good except...

This years Porgram would not update I had to exit the program to manually update TurboTax. I tried the automatic updates 3 times, then just went to the website and selected manual update.
I really liked the many options to pay my taxes at the ent of the program!
What's great about it: Simple, complete and easy
What's not so great: This years Porgram would not update I had to exit the program to manually update TurboTax.

Beat the IRS form Hassle

I like being able to see the form. Nice to be ale to save as a PDF file for your records. The ability to transfer previous year into current year.
I'd like to see TurboTax Bundle a deal on Federal and 2 State returns. Lower the E-file cost per state.
What's great about it: With Turbo Tax you can open the Form or Use the Walk Thru
What's not so great: If you have Multiple State Taxes and E-File you spend more.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Experience

It took a couple of hours but the outcome was well worth it. I have used Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. It covers all questions and has simple, easy to understand directions. I highly recommend this for doing taxes right!
What's great about it: Simple, precice, fast, and easy

This is great software. Makes the worst task in the world really easy even if you've never done it before.

What's not so great: Having to call in to complete payment vs. being able to pay electronically.

Great Product

What's great about it: Interview great for beginners and to amend a return.
What's not so great: Default settings do not allow full return to print on letter paper, I always have to change setup at print time.
