So easy to use, just load it and start answering questions. I've been using Turbo Tax for years, so most of my information transfers over and I just fill in the blanks!

This is so easy and economical! I used to pay an accountant wayy too much money. Especially when I discovered that his staff person that helped was not an accountant and used software that allowed him to simply plug my info into some kind of software...
What's great about it: It quick, safe and easy
What's not so great: none that I can think of

Fast, and super easy to use. Walks you through every step of the way to ensure you catch everything. Prior year info is included if you've used before. Also updates your personal info so no need to retype if no changes.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, intuitive
What's not so great: Updates needed every time you open file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Happy with my refund

The help I was given by the rep I reached was amazing. She even helped download and find my 2014 tax forms that had been rejected in order to refile correctly
What's great about it: More options and ideas for deductions
What's not so great: time consuming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
