Greatest thing since sliced bread!

After using TurboTax for four years, still can't believe it is this easy!
And, the first year my taxes included sale of house in one state and purchase of house in a different state. Big--time savings over my CPA! I feel so smart for an old gal.

Great product. Loding forms need more instruction
What's great about it: quick and easy, covered all the points needed
What's not so great: more instructions on set up on the cover needed. I do IT but some people would have a hard time installing it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was trying to locate information on underpayment penalty. Turbo tax offered me two options. "calculate" or do on my own. The amount "calculated" was zero. The amount "on my own" was $8.00. I was not sure if I should include this or not. When I went into "find" and chose the "underpayment penalty" tab, i clicked on it. It was hung up on "loading" forever. It did not go anywhere.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: the "find" part does not work.
