Tool worked great BUT was buggy

Update software sucked had to manual load + state
What's great about it: Was very clear in walking through returns
What's not so great: Update software function did not work, so I had to manually update each time before using.

Quick & Easy

Got my return done in an hour once I had all my stuff together. Turbo Tax makes it easy with their guided approach. Had to click through a lot of items that don't apply though so could have been done sooner, but found that it was worth it as I got a few credits I wasn't expecting that resulted in a higher refund.
What's great about it: Liked the guided questions, got a couple credits I wasn't expecting related to school and saving for retirement
What's not so great: A lot doesn't apply and seems like those less common things could be separated out more

So Efficient!

My dad suggested I try using turbo tax this year since I have multiple sources of income and they were from different states. It was so user-friendly and it helped me get my taxes done in a record amount of time! I'm very happy with my experience with turbo tax and I will definitely be using it again in the future!
What's great about it: Simple and to the point
What's not so great: Finding where to put in my deductions for my self proprietor income was a little confusing at first

I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a slight inclination to save money and do ones own taxes!
What's great about it: being walked through the process, finding deductions I was not aware of
What's not so great: could not delete an entry!
