TurboTax is Really Easy to Use

I really like the fact that TT finds my previous tax returns and brings it forward. they have done a good job of interfacing to major W-2 statement providers and automatically bring that in to the forms. Good options to save a copy of returns - PDF or Printing or both
What's great about it: Easy to Use; accurate
What's not so great: Charge to e-file state taxes

Just what I needed

I had a couple questions about some changes on my return. A quick call to TurboTax answered the problem and eased my mind. At 77 years of age, it is nice to be able to continue doing my own returns.
What's great about it: All my entries are carried over from year to year so I know I haven't missed anytthing.

I've been using TurboTax for at least 20 years, and it has never let me down.

Turbo Tax 2015

This is my 5th year using TurboTax. I find it extremely intuitive and easy to use. My only suggestion for improvement would be to stay at the bottom of the screen after entering a sub-category so you don't have to keep scrolling down. Great product!

What's not so great: Have to continually scroll down after each sub-category entry

Recommend upgrading TurboTax to start using information already entered. For example, I had to enter my W2 amount in some box during the middle of my return when I had already provided TurboTax that information.
Search for answers in the program did not work... It just showed the spinning widget.
Importing last years return did not seem to work to well
Finding answers to tax questions it very time consuming. This should be alot easier. For example, my daughter graduated from college on May 5th. Is she considered a full-time student. I couldn't find the answer from TurboTax. I think I found it in the community.
What's great about it: It does what it has done for the last 15 years
What's not so great: It asks me questions that it should know from previous responses
