Convenient

I've used TurboTax for years, through stock and house sales and purchases and I believe it is reliable and trustworthy for even semi-complicated filing.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very convenient and I believe trustworthy.
What's not so great: It's getting a little pricey.

TurboTax has been a great help to filing my own taxes. I have more faith in TurboTax than other competitors. I have been using TurboTax for more than 5 years and will continue to use them. Good job software writers!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Defective

After the taxes were completed, the program would only print the forms in 4x6 [ no matter what I did ]. I had to print my forms in 4x6, and then enlarge them by 200%. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax has always worked well for me in the past.

Using for years. Love it

I've used Turbo Tax for years and am glad that the company went back to the features before last year's fiasco.
I would recommend it to anyone. I've looked at other sites (and did some test returns) and found that TT is the best.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate. Comprehensive. Helpful.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

last year I had problems printing..........this year the same thing. If this is not resolved, in the future I will not buy turbo tax.............unhappy
