Totally painless

I've used Turbo-Tax several years running now and I find it easy to use and quick to point out tax law that I wouldn't have known otherwise.
What's great about it: mostly all questions were straight forward
What's not so great: on the PA state forms my one 1099-r didn't have a category to use

What's not so great: Need better direction on imputing loan amortization deduction and on deleting certain imputs

You went back to the original format - keeping the investment forms in your Deluxe Edition - do not get those impure thoughts again!

Another Year Down

Very satisfied over all. Got hung up on the computor at the very end. Hope it filed, but have never had this happen in the previous six or more years, so I'll trust it did. I do recommend and will use next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Saves taxpayer fees that are sometimes enormous.
What's not so great: A rare spot or two where I"m not positive how to answer.

Works great for me with no major life changes. Could use more information on deductions in the entertainment professions.
What's great about it: Easier each time I use.
What's not so great: Some times still have to find answers to questions out side program.

I did not like paying extra fees at the end of the filing, I would have bought the lesser expensive Turbo Tax. I will not use it again next year.
What's great about it: easy to walk through...

Using the Review process

I find that 2015 I had to use the review method for entering cash contributions. One who has used the program for a number of years there is no reason to go through the review process.
What's great about it: Easy to use if one skips the review process
What's not so great: In the Form menu the forms are not in lowest number to the highest
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I like the step by step format, making doing taxes easy.
