This year was less user friendly than last. A couple times when I hit the back button, I was taken back a number of steps and had to re-enter info.

I have been using turbo tax since 1995, and it makes filling my taxes a breeze, I will not use anything else. Thank you and keep up the great work each year. Satisfied Long Time customer.

Made an arduous task easy

Easiest tax preparation yet. Have been using Turbo Tax since 2009 and all you have to do is follow the steps and, Voila!, you're done before you know it.
What's great about it: Very detailed with explanations
What's not so great: none

When doing my taxes, this is very easy to use. I had a question about out of state income and how to report it when is was a "winning" and not an employee income.

I need in the state taxes a separate entries for Ohio, for the city I work at, the city I live at & the local school district. and I want to name those entries.
What's great about it: easy to use, have used this program for a number of years.
What's not so great: the state taxes do not have enough local catagories.

Trouble free

Having bought a house in 2015, I knew my taxes would be a bit more complicated. Turbotax walked me through it, but one thing I wish it did was walk me through what things could be deducted on my settlement sheet. Other than that, I submitted a request for help with some education questions and got a friendly call from tech support.
What's great about it: Got help when I needed it
What's not so great: It's taxes, one big con!
