it's a great software to prepare your tax return but when you try to unlock options with your credit card is not working. thanks to customer service they helped me.

Program was easy to use and answered all questions

The best way to use this program in our opinion is to use the step by step instructions. The program was very helpful anytime we had a question. All questions were answered and explained to us very well. In the future we will be using this software again.
What's great about it: All questions were answered and program was a fantastic guide

Easy Guided Software

Been using turbo tax for a long time, this was the most intuitive version so far. Actually very little that I had to enter. when completed you just have a good feeling it is correct.
What's great about it: Easy to use and detailed questions to help in the proper filing.
What's not so great: Review did not automatically show the forms, for my review.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy Breezy

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to file. I am constantly telling everyone that there's no reason to drop your taxes off to someone else.
What's great about it: So easy, just answer the questions & fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Took a few minutes to find my return when I signed out & back in.
