Helped find all deductions

You can't go in and change your profile, ID, password and previous address on the return you are working on. There needs to be a way to update your info. It also was a little difficult working on the retirement with a small portion of the Fire Department paying what I had already put in for health Insurance. They do not pay for my health insurance. I pay the large amount out of my monthly pension check. I got through it but it may be really difficult for some to understand how to handle this. Needs to be explained better.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can't change your profile email, ID, password, precious address

Very Good Product!!

What's great about it: Even with all the options, I really liked the ability to choose only the options I needed to complete.
What's not so great: Being retired overseas, some address info did not allow for entering overseas address.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tool, but need to eliminate charge for state

A great tool that I will continue to use. Easy 1099 downloads from broker. And nice feature to value non-cash donations. However will probably use the free online process for state in the future and just use TurboTax as a check.
What's great about it: Simple to use with language anyone can understand.
What's not so great: A lot of extra time to pay for the state

consistently easy

I used Turbo tax for 5 years now and I can say it is very easy to utilized when you have lots of deductions to add such as job related expense and children credit. I can really to give me the most deductions versus a tax person whom wants to charge to fill an EZ form and charge the same price.
I just wish it had a easier way to resolve question when you need to go over something in the software.

This is the first time I used Turbo Tax Deluxe. It was extremely easy to use. My refund was right where I thought it would be. Turbo Tax saved me 155 dollars, from my usual preparer. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Making Tax Filing Fun

I really like the interview process because it provides a good annual review, of sorts about income and liabilities. The process helps point out where one can improve their strategies for financial management and budget management.
What's great about it: For some reason this year's filing process was less stressful. It was fun.
What's not so great: I don't really have any.

Everything went well, with one exception! I was not able to carry forward my 2014 return figures. Tried your help line, it didn't work for me.
