Happy but needs some Changes

Turbo Tax doesn’t respond to touch screen technology on my personal PC. Requires a mouse to scroll down, cannot swipe the screen up or down.
Not enough contrast, white on powder blue with no dark box outline, makes it difficult to find where information is required to be entered.
I have had many size monitors, each time my monitor has increased but Turbo Tax still does not fit on the screen. Seems like I just get more white space with larger monitors still requiring scrolling down with a mouse, since touch screen capability has not been adapted.
I like the ease and user friendliness of the program including installation. I have been using Turbo Tax since 2000 & will remain a loyal customer I just wish the previously mentioned issues would be addressed.
What's great about it: Easy to use, print and import
What's not so great: Screen Contrast, Touch Screen adaptability & fit to screen

So easy!

TurboTax makes it VERY easy to file your taxes. The software walks you through step by step and makes it very easy to understand what you can and cannot claim. Thank you for the help!

Keeps Getting Better

I have been using Turbo Tax for 16+ years. Even back in DOS green screen days! Over the years tech has dramatically evolved and Turbo Tax has kept up with the latest software to match the hardware. I don't look forward to tax time but at least Turbo Tax does take some of the aggravation out of it.

Excellent experience

Very good experience with turbo tax this. Previously was essentially forced to upgrade to next version to do certain things. This year, it was an option, not mandatory. Security features improved, so I did not have the experience last year of not being able to file because of a fraudulent return in my name.
Able to import data directly from my broker which was very helpful. ITs deductible is great. All in all, it worked very well.

Recommed using Turbo Tax

It is very easy to use Turbo Tax, and they guide you through every step asking you the correct questions. Also like the fact that you can read more and get more detailed explanations on each topic.
What's great about it: very quick and easy to use
What's not so great: sometimes hard when have to go back and review and edit
