No Issues Until Trying to Transmit Return

What's great about it: Simpler, Easier than Prior Years, Helps were great aid, appreciated safety/identity queries just before transmission

turbo tax is very helpful to all people that they want to save money to file a income tax return .this way of filing is so convenient to all filing tax return.

Easier every year

Good program, I've used several but back to TT to stay, it's the best overall for me. I would like to see a few more "amplification" buttons or explanations of less common areas like "carry overs", etc. From previous returns with carry overs I feel like I'm leaving money on the table due to my now downsizing returns from previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: only saw 1 program error. i.e. 1099 data cell numbers incorrect

Normally I would give TT 5 stars.
I have used Turbo Tax since it first came into being. I love Turbo Tax and the ability to transfer the preceding year. Several years ago they had a phone number to call if you ran into a tax issue that really, really helped. That is a thing of the past.
This year I ran into a problem where Turbo Tax counted Medicare twice, once on Sch A and once on Line 29 on the 1040. It also generate phantom K-1s which seemed to be somehow linked to trying to override the Sch A amount. The K-1s phantoms were repeatedly generated and were not listed in the forms. I finally figured out how to delete the k-1s and also why the Medicare was double counted.
When filling out the SSA1099 it says to fill in the information "exactly" as it appears. What it doesn't tell you is if you are filing Schedule C that you should not do that. You should not fill in the Medicare amount because TT will automatically put it on Sch A and it doesn't go there. It goes on Line 29 of the 1040 which TT will automatically do when you complete the information for Sch C. I spent hours trying to trace the origination and lots of e-mails to the community but finally I figured it out on my own.
Had I not had that problem I would have completed the tax return in just a few hours. So I am still very happy with TT.
What's great about it: fast, ability to transfer preceding year
