I have used Turbo Tax for many years and continue to appreciate its value. It saves time, reassures that I proceed correctly and eliminates the stress from tax time.

Very easy steps as long as every document you need to prepare for the tax refund, you should do a great job!
What's great about it: step by step proces and acuracy
What's not so great: I had the same emp. # matches box 15 and continues to check

Great Product

I can't imagine doing my taxes the old manual way. Turbo tax makes everything simple and guides the taxpayer every step of the way. It far exceeds my expectations. I did my taxes in less than an hour.
What's great about it: This makes filing taxes so easy.

Excellent

We have used Turbo Tax for 7 years now and have enjoyed the ease of using it. Prior to that, we were paying an accountant to handle it. We paid quite a bit more and waited a lot longer to get our refund. Turbo Tax has made tax season much easier to deal with in our household.
What's great about it: Easy to use and saves money
What's not so great: Doesn't like dashes that print up on some W2 forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Expert, Fast and easy!

Just did my taxes again with Turbo tax and like usual they have updated their program where it is easier each year. They also take in mind any question or Help question you may have. Its worth the money and is time saving. The only thing I had to do was get my Tax documents and deductions papers together and put in the program.

Would be nice if Turbo deleted deductions and exemptions I do not qualify for based on my salary being too high w/o making me scroll through and read them all.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Does not take away deductions I don't qualify for based on my salary too high.
