Had Snags

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. There were Forms printing out on this year's taxes that I hadn't used in over 7 years. Huh? Also the Step By Step was not accurate and thorough as I had to repeatedly revert back to the Forms to enter/delete information or correct information that had been carried over from previous years. Not happy with it this year. May try something new next year.

printing problems

every time I tried to print my return, the program went to a pdf file and froze - have used Turbo tax for many years, this year is the first time I've ever had trouble printing. My computer & printer are the same as in years past.

Excellent program

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. A few years back I tried a different program and it just did not measure up. Turbo Tax is easy to use and I will never use any other program again. Thank you, Turbo Tax. Always accurate, always fast.

What's not so great: Difficulty in downloading Corrected 1099s when multiple corrections exist

2015 Turbo Tax

This is the second year where necessary information was not provided on the filing and I had to write it in.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: MICHIGAN Fotm W was not printed out with necessary information annd I had to write it in before filing.

Could not update, it locked up every time. I could not get the File status to change on my state return. Every time I tried it changed my request. I hope I didn't get charge for something I didn't order.
What's not so great: I could not ge updates.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
