What's great about it: easy to follow steps
What's not so great: would like a review at the end what helped get a refund what didnt

The list of org for donations should be sorted alphabetically rather than in the order they were entered.
Add a word search function for each page. Something like Ctrl-f in a browser.
Allow user to increase font size. Something like Ctrl-scroll in a browser.
