expensive and then they hit you with additional fees to file state taxes. If you don't follow their schedule, it is difficult to find certain items when you try to go back. Sometimes they don't pop up again.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't be easier to follow the step-by-step directions - esp like the carryover of data from previous year

I was supposed to get one free NC state tax return and didn't get it. Very disappointed.

Love the Ease of Use

I have used Turbo Tax last 3 years and really have no complaints. I also think they stopped charging extra for direct deposit of refunds.

TurboTax Review

I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and am a satisfied customer. One area it could improve is in filling fields. For example when completing the eFile steps it asked about my state, yet it knew exactly what state I had filed for with the program. It should have had that state in the field so I did not need to select it.
What's great about it: Easy to use and reliable
What's not so great: Could be a bit smarter about filling in fields

Some parts were questionable but having the help

Did not like the fact that the IRS and the State input options were not connected which caused me a lot of unnecessary time.
