I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years now, and except for a previous version's pricing debacle, it has fit my needs well. I would recommend this year's version to anyone looking for a full function tax filing program..
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive, good help text
What's not so great: None

2015 Tax Return

I've used TurboTax since 2008 and am pleased every year to find that they make the program easier and easier to utilize. This year's version was succinct, to the point, and very easy to navigate, re-review anything you want and, ultimately, file electronically. Don't get me wrong, I don't like having to file my taxes, but TurboTax makes it much less stressful.
What's great about it: Easier than previous years
What's not so great: None

Disappointed

When things are explained by using the same words as the item being explained, it leads to frustration and greater confusion. Are programmers writing the instructions and explanations?
It would be helpful if the instructions were written from the user's viewpoint. (i.e. If we are not to include a figure that was paid by the employer, then shouldn't we believe that if the money came out of our check that it was paid by the taxpayer? The instructions said not to enter that figure either!) I have used TurboTax for many years and the experience this year is telling me that we need to hire a professional instead.
What's not so great: The explanations were not adequate

Quality is the main thing with Turbo Tax . Again none of the click on helps worked on my copy of TT Deluxe. Very disappointed
What's great about it: I love Turbo, used it for years,on the same computer
What's not so great: None of the helps worked on this years edition of TT Deluxe. I would have been lost without being able to refer to last

Good, but not great.

Other than the issue with the lack of help needed, the on-board help was seriously lacking compared to the previous years! It's a good think my taxes weren't too complex.
All in all TurboTax is well worth the money, but if they don't give more help within each area next year, unfortunately, I will be forced to try other programs.
The thing I've always loved about TurboTax in the past was the simplicity, and every section had an answer for everything.
What's great about it: Easier than other tax programs.
What's not so great: Help Center was useless this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Other than the sales tax snag, I love Turbo tax. I have been using it every year since 1990. It's like having an accountant do your taxes (well almost...) :-) It is so easy now compared to way back then. Your company has come a long way. GREAT JOB to all the people who have made this possible!!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I had a hard time finding the spot to enter my own sales tax instead of the regular deduction.

hidden items for 2015

For 2015 you automatically imbedded the ATM in the tax calculation. This faked me out (I had to call your help desk and your person was confused as well) because when I added deductions my refund did not change. In previous years you only did the ATM calc after you completed the standard calculation. It took me a while to realize that I had already entered the ATM zone and so my refund was "fixed". You should add a warning on the screen when the user has entered the ATM zone.
Next-You hid the input boxes for the1099-div form. I missed the "add more info" button the first time and had no place to stick my nontaxable dividends. I liked the 2014 screen better.
What's not so great: made extra work
