Less Work Less time Better results

Liked the product because it reminded me of all of the options with out needing to re-type the same information each year
What's great about it: Pulled last years info and W2 info
What's not so great: Takes a while to load

Great Taxes

I may switch from Turbo Tax to the free State filing, difficulty in doing so is all that has stopped so far.
What's great about it: Simple, Easy, Concise
What's not so great: no free state filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good but could be better

Overall good experience. Just a few areas "IRA conversions' need to be improved. Did always like to be prompted to upgrade to Premier.... already upgraded to Deluxe - don't overreach on the upgrading.
What's great about it: The walk throughs are good
What's not so great: IRA Conversions are not as simple as they should be

FEES ARE NOT PRESENTED WHILE A DECISION HAS TO BE MADE, IT SHOWS UP AFTER A SELECTION IS MADE. THIS COULD BE IMPROVED. ALL KNOWLEDGE IS IMPORTANT WHEN MAKING FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
What's great about it: EASY STEP METHOD IS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS. I HAVE FILED WITH TURBO TAX FOR 10 YRS.
What's not so great: HANDLING THE FILING AT THE END HAS BEEN A HEAD ACH.

EASY AS PIE

Pls refer to the pro and con comments above. Would like to see more 'selectivity' with the print feature. Also, would like to see an easier way to "drop down" and re-visit specific forms. But, the page by page walk-thru, the reminders and/or questions re: the possible need to re-visit an entry AND the "potential audit" rating TT provides just adds a sense of comfort and completeness when using this product. We have used TT for years, and we find your company ALWAYS strives to make this product better!!

What's great about it: Turbo tax is so user-friendly. The 'walk thru' feature allows you to focus on EACH tax section and double-check, too.
What's not so great: Would like the print feature to be easier to use, allowing selection of certain pages.

Turbo Tax is great!

Great product been using for years. After last year I contemplated going to the box tax preparers and decided I would give them another chance. Thanks TurboTax for continuing to listen to your customers. We love that you can make a difficult task easier and continue giving us a great product we can trust!
What's great about it: Makes a difficult task seem easy!
What's not so great: wish i could view the whole screen without having to scroll to the continue tab
