Easy to use

I've been using TurboTax since the 90's. Works great.
What's great about it: Catches math errors accurately
What's not so great: Helps to know tax breaks for your job, it wont ask specifics

The only thing that was misleading is being asked twice for the amount paid for Long Term Healthcare Insurance, which doubled the amount carried over to the state return, and had to correct.

Tax Prep and Filing made Easy

I suggest adding an edit to the 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker Exchange Transactions) section if the date acquired is greater than the date sold/disposed. I had entered a typo in the year acquired in this section and didn't notice the error until I reviewed the completed Form 8949 prior to filing and saw how obviously wrong it looked on the actual form.
I feel confident my return is complete and done right.
What's great about it: Very easy to enter all information and to review/edit before filing.

Another successfully completed tax return!

I had less difficulty completing my taxes this year than at any time in the past. Part of that is probably my growing familiarity with TurboTax but I also felt the overall operation of the program and the documentation were improved. I will continue to use TurboTax to do my taxes in the years ahead.

Ease of Entering Info

We have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years and have enjoyed the ease of putting the information in and when we had to leave and come back to it there was no problem always picked up where we left off or could find easily whatever we were looking for. Also, questions were answered efficiently or directed to someone who could help.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: At the end saying one more thing

2015 Refund

The PC version of TurboTax works very efficiently, walking you through 98% of the situations you are likely to run into. The only issue I had was in revising 1099B information related to exercising Employee Stock Options. TurboTax did allow for the necessary adjustments, but I had to do some research to determine the correct data to enter.
Filing is very easy. I use Direct Deposit for the refund.

Awful Experience!

Whoever developed the software this year did not seem to be thorough in providing for the user's needs. This was the worse year for preparation. I had problems bringing up the file previously used. Very disappointed. Please make more user friendly.
I have a MAC Book
What's great about it: Convenience of preparing own taxes
What's not so great: Software was unwieldy to use. Even Tech had problems with it.
