Best Refunds Ever!

The software to do taxes is easier each and every year. My refunds are consistent and I appreciate the Audit Assistance. Only had to use once and they were timely and top notch! Will continue to use their services as long as I am able.
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: Going into on-line Turbo Tax - too much info - confusing!

Fantastic

Really like the product and have never had any problems in the about 10 years I have been using. While the explanations in the "Learn more" are good, they are written for a tax accountant, not the average person.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: Technical explanations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast, cheap and easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. It is so easy, fast and accurate. I have never had a problem with it in all those years. It has always been reasonably priced also. It is convenient that they send it to me every year and the information from previous years is saved and used in comparison to the current tax year. They also are constantly updating the software online, so once you log in, they update to the latest version automatically. I love it and will continue to use it, as long as it is available.
What's great about it: Saves info from year to year
What's not so great: Sometimes I have to search for the answers to my questions

Great Tax Tool

Turbo Tax walks you through everything. If you keep all your records, it is sooo easy to file this way, why would you ever pay.
I had all my forms ready, all my receipts at hand an did my taxes in a flash. my deductions were made easy by the tool that they supply.

What's great about it: Easy to use. Easy to edit. Easy to review. Easy!!!
What's not so great: Had one question, it took me a some time of digging to find an answer.

Ease of Use is Slipping

I have been a user of Quicken's tax products regularly since the days of MacInTax and have always felt that that they have suited my needs as an individual tax payer, especially when I became the executor of a will and had to file estate taxes in addition to my own.
This year it seems that there are so many questions covering non-applicable situations that it has become more work than before to file routine taxes - more requirements to visit individual forms, more questions that require rereading before the intent can be determined, and hardly any content to the help tab.
Seems to me that the company could use some normal beta testers rather than those filing exotic forms.
What's great about it: Able to see details of any form that I am working on.
What's not so great: Ease of use has noticably declined from prior years.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Save Money and Time

I filled out and filed my taxes in less time than it takes to drive to account or a whole less time than using the old paper and calculator method. With tips and auto calculations, human errors other than typos are eliminated. I have used accounts, tax forms(paper method), and turbo tax. Turbo Tax takes almost all the headaches of tax returns. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. A third or less than paying to have your taxes done.
What's not so great: Other than having the security a personal account none that I know

Great Program

What's great about it: Simple to use, easy to understand, completed in less than a hour
What's not so great: Nobody likes doing their taxes, nobody!!!
